客房打扫

A：Housekeeping, may I come in?

客房部的,我能进来吗？

B：Come in please.

请进。

A：Good moming,sir. May I do your room now?

早上好，先生，我现在能打扫房间吗？

B：How long will it take?

需要多长时间呢？

A：Your room will be ready in half an hour.

半个小时就可以了。

B：Well, would you please come back fifteen minutes later? We are to visit the Tower．

嗯，你能不能15分钟后再打扫呢？我们要去参观塔。

A：Of course,sir. Have a good day.

当然可以，祝你们今天开心。

客房送洗

A： Room service.May I come in?

客房服务。我能进来吗？

B：Yes．please.

请进。

A：Here is your laundry. I am sorry to tell you that one of your clothes has shrunk due to our fault．

这是您送洗的衣服。很抱歉地告诉您，因我们的失误您的一件衣服缩水了。

B：Oh，my god.

哦，天啊。

A：We are terribly sorry for that.Could you please buy a new one and give us the receipt? We will refund the cost of the laundry and the new sweater.

我们对此深表抱歉。您愿意再买一件新的，并把发票给我们吗？我们会退还您洗衣费并赔偿您的毛衣的。

B：I hope so.
