英语口语：如何用英语表达精打细算？

羊毛党泛指精打细算的消费者，在英语里可以用econnoisseur来表达

2. 中性：形容一个人能省则省，比较节俭

3. 负面：形容一个人一毛不拔，抠门

stingy adj.吝啬的，小气的

mean adj.吝啬的
