Clerk: What can I do for you?

店员：我能为您做点儿什么？

Lady: I'm sorry. but this is the first time I've ever come here, so I don't really know my way around your store.

女士：对不起，我是第一次来这里，对你们店还不是很熟悉。

Clerk: What are you looking for? Maybe I can point you in the right direction.

店员：您想买点什么？或许我可以给您指路。

Lady: I'd like to buy some ladies' wear.

女士：我想买女装。

Clerk: That would be on the second floor, right at the top of the escalator, directly in front of you as you get off. You'll see ladies' casual wear, right there and off-to the left is ladies' formal wear.

店员：在二楼，您下扶梯的时候就可以看到那里是女士休闲服装，左边是正装。

Lady: Oh, thank you. By the way, do you have after-sales service here?

女士：哦，谢谢你。顺便问一下，你们这里有售后服务吗？

Clerk: Of course, if you find there is something wrong with your purchase, just bring it back within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Is there anything else I can hel p you with?

店员：当然有了，如果您买的商品出了问题，三十天之内您可以来找换货或者全额退款。还有其他要帮忙的吗？

Lady: No. thank you. You've already been most helpful.

女士：没有了，谢谢。你帮了我很大的忙了。

Clerk: I hope you enjoy yourself!
